Tadalafil has demonstrated excellent efficacy in PAH patients with mild to moderate risk factors for PAH such as high blood pressure and high mortality [
The therapeutic benefits of tadalafil have been demonstrated in animal and human studies, where it improved exercise capacity, increased survival rates in the pulmonary artery, and reduced pulmonary vascular resistance [
Furthermore, studies on the effect of tadalafil on pulmonary arterial hypertension in animal models have been conducted [
